"I have been a patient of Dr Stemmer since 2002, when I had an initial consultation to discuss the treatment I required.
The proposed treatment plan included a referral for root canal work, an extraction and replacing some badly fitting crowns. Having experienced a number of problems with my dental health and some traumatic treatment in the past, I was a nervous patient and needed a lot of reassurance about the work required.
